I'm Serhii Boiko — a developer, security engineer, architect, and tech lead with 10+ years of experience building production systems. Now I apply that experience to independent products — researching real problems, shipping focused software, and documenting the decisions, mistakes, and results.

I believe one experienced developer can build meaningful software with the right tools, discipline, and focus. My goal is to learn what it takes to take a product from idea to validation, launch, and sustainable revenue — and share not only how I build it, but why I make each decision and what I choose not to build.
